ABOUT THE ROLE
Norwood – Full Time, with alternating Saturdays. This role would suit someone who is at the beginning of their career journey – no experience is required as we will provide on-the-job training to ensure your success.Key Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for our patients
- Work with the team to provide personalized solutions for our patients
- Answering phone calls
- Appointment book management
- Management of patient records
- Processing payments including HICAPS/EFTPOS
- Have a high level of attention to detail and professionalism
- Commit to ongoing professional growth and training

- Ability to work Saturday when required (as above)
