Our Customer Service and Contact Centre positions:
- 10+ jobs available across Adelaide
- Flexible temp contracts between a few days to ongoing
- Temp to perm opportunities
- Shifts between 4 to 8 hours a day
- Hourly rate ranges between $29 to $35 + Super upon experience
- Easy to fill timesheet and on-time payment
Duties and responsibilities
Customer Service roles are different every day, so there will never be a dull moment! You will be primarily phone-based and will deal with inquiries from existing customers following any issues through to completion. The Customer Service Officer and Representative will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:- Answer incoming calls and respond to email correspondence in a fast-paced environment
- Display intermediate computer literacy skills and the ability to follow a process/script
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customer
- Process and track orders, and assist clients with transactions and inquiries
- Work effectively as part of a team environment to achieve own and team objectives
- Manage time and organize own workload against performance expectations
- Ensure all administrative compliance requirements, data entry, and an efficient client engagement journey are met
Your experience
The role demands professionalism, organization, and a commercial attitude towards all levels of customers and staff:- Previous experience (ideally min. 12 months) in Customer Service
- Experience in a high-paced environment
- Proficient/clear communication skills
- Competent data entry skills
- Proficient with computers and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Reliability, Adaptability, and Punctuality
