The role
In this section, you can explain to the applicant what the job involves and what they would be doing. This helps the applicant to know if this is the right job for them.
The role will see you answering incoming calls, and greeting all visitors in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. You will conduct basic administrative duties including sorting mail, and managing deliveries.
You will assist all staff by passing on messages to them with accurate and concise detail, and in particular, you will assist the CEO and leadership team, when required, with duties including diary management, projects, and events.
Additionally, you will oversee our general administrative and housekeeping duties such as:
Organizing flights and/or accommodation for staff
Sourcing and booking external training and meeting venues
Liaising with building management and cleaners where necessary, and
General housekeeping duties, including ordering, required office supplies, and the general cleanliness of office areas.
