Job Description
About the role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Admissions/Short Stay Unit team. This position is a part-time opportunity, up to 0.8 FTE.
Our Wellington campus offers a range of clinical services and a variety of surgical specialties across six operating theatres. These currently include Orthopedics, General Surgery, Gynecology, Urology, Vascular (+ Endovascular), Paediatric surgery, and Ophthalmology.
To be successful you will need:
- To be a registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have a minimum of 1-year of nursing experience.
- Demonstrate competence in surgical nursing practice.
- Practice in accordance with best practice, legal and ethical professional standards.
