Job Description

This role is about more than just managing food and beverage services. It’s where you will demonstrate your creative flair for developing promotions, at the same time as your business brain takes control of budgets, stock, and wages.
You will dazzle with your cocktail skills and wine knowledge, whilst taking the lead in developing the next generation of passionate F&B professionals. This role will suit you if you can demonstrate 2+ years of supervisory experience, ideally within hotels, and are serious about a leadership role with a future.
A Current GM License and LCQ Certificate will be required and it’s important you are flexible for shifts including weekends. We’re passionate about getting NZ’s best hospitality staff back on the floor and we will look after you.
