JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Sales Team Support.
• Assist the Sales team with creating presentation decks.
• Assisting Sales Revenue numbers management.
• Effective client management and responding to client queries.
• Administrative Duties.
• Assist in keeping CRM & internal systems up to date.
• Client Brief responses.
• Liaising with our Trading and Account Management teams on the best approach to a client brief.
• Using internal & external resources to select targeting & creative options in response to client briefs.
• Communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agency & client stakeholders.
• Effective collaboration across other departments within the business.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a Sales/Retail role (not required but would be a benefit).
• Experience dealing with customers/clients or stakeholders in any capacity.
• Experience working collaboratively as part of a team in any environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs along with general IT literacy.
• Experience with data entry or other administrative work using complex systems.

• Clear and engaging communication, both written and orally.
• Detail-focused, particularly around numbers.
• Drive to progress and succeed in a Media Sales environment.
