About the role
We are looking for a bubbly Receptionist to join our exciting team. The role provides high-quality reception & administrative support to the Group along with exceptional customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls per Group’s protocol and directing to relevant teams.
- General office duties include sorting mail, ordering supplies, and announcing visitors.
- General office administration & clerical duties supporting the various teams.
- Managing meeting room bookings.
Your skills and experience
- You are great with people and offer excellent customer service.
- You are an incredibly pleasant and bubbly individual with an excellent phone manner.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly organized and have exceptional attention to detail.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You are eligible to work in Australia.
- This is a full-time role of 38 hours a week.
- Working hours are spread across 8.00 am to 8.00 pm Monday to Saturday on a rotating roster.
