Job Description
We are a family-owned and operated national transport and warehousing company based in Welshpool, seeking an experienced office administrator to join our team on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday. Immediate start required.
Your duties will include but are not limited to below
- Customer service
- Freight bookings
- Entering connotes
- Manifesting freight
- Entering POD’s
- Approving invoices for payment
- InvoicingÂ
- Pallet control
- Scanning, filing, and photocopying
- Other Adhoc duties as required
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work well in both team environment and autonomously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data input
- Excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to learn new tasks
- Previous experience within the transport industry will be highly regarded
