Job Description

We are a family-owned and operated national transport and warehousing company based in Welshpool, seeking an experienced office administrator to join our team on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday. Immediate start required.

Your duties will include but are not limited to below

  • Customer service
  • Freight bookings
  • Entering connotes
  • Manifesting freight
  • Entering POD’s
  • Approving invoices for payment
  • Invoicing 
  • Pallet control
  • Scanning, filing, and photocopying
  • Other Adhoc duties as required

Skills and Experience

  • Ability to work well in both team environment and autonomously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data input
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn new tasks
  • Previous experience within the transport industry will be highly regarded
