Responsibilities
We will provide all necessary training on our systems and procedures. On the job, you will be:
- Entering contracts into our bespoke computer system (training provided).
- General Admin duties, accounts payable, stock control, banking.
- Assisting our walk-in customers.
- Following up on customers online and telephone orders, running credit checks.
- Keeping the products on our website up to date and attractive with SEO-aware content writing will let your creative side shine.
- This is a key role, someone everyone relies on and communicates with day to day.
Requirements
There is a variety of work which you will attend to, so every day will not look the same.
- Computer literacy and office experience are required, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are valued above all else.
- Willing to speak up and challenge the status quo of the current team and procedures.
- Confidence & organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service and office experience.
