Our Adelaide branch is looking for multiple role opportunities supporting their broking teams! If you & enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, have administration, and customer service skills, or want to get into financial services this could be the role for you!You will work with various corporate client groups whilst receiving unparalleled mentorship from many senior colleagues. Skills and experience that will lead to success
- You will provide day-to-day support to brokers as you assist in servicing a portfolio of specialist clients
- Handling a wide range of administration tasks relating to business insurance renewal and new policy processes, arranging insurance certificates, crafting various reports, handling client correspondence
- Collaborating with different insurance companies relating to policy terms and quotes
- Collaborating closely with underwriters as you develop your personal network and brand
- Phenomenal customer service skills
- A willingness to learn and contribute to the team dynamics
- Good all-round communication and organizational skills
- A passion for partnership and enjoys supporting others
- Some insurance experience would be beneficial but not required
- Comfortable learning new systems and having a proactive approach to problem-solving
