Day clinic facility in a very beautiful location with an exceptionally positive ambiance for the treatment of people in mild to moderately severe crisis situations. We provide care from Monday to Friday, both in the day clinic and in our institute outpatient clinics.
We are looking for a social worker (f/m/d) with 40 hours/week / part-time possible for the Asklepios Fachkliniken Brandenburg GmbH for the day clinic and psychiatric institute outpatient clinic (PIA) in Teltow as soon as possible, with limited as pregnancy and parental leave replacement
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact offices and facilities for psychosocial care
- Advice on claims according to SGB
- Implementation of social training measures
- Support for reintegration into all areas of life and work
- Working closely with families and caregivers
YOUR PROFILE
- A graduate social worker or social pedagogue (f/m/d)
- The high degree of flexibility, commitment, and responsibility
- Friendly, customer-oriented demeanor
- Good resilience and team spirit
- Experience working with mentally ill patients is desirable
- Good computer skills
- Possession of a car driver’s license
