We are a leading provider of serviced apartments in the Hunter Region. We are currently seeking the services of an experienced & enthusiastic Housekeeping Supervisor to manage the housekeeping team.
To be a successful candidate you will need:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- A professional attitude
- A hands-on approach to work
- Problem-solving skills
- Familiarity & training in WHS protocols
- Staff training & supervision experience
- Be prepared to work as part of a dynamic team
- Proven time management skills
- Open driver’s license & reliable vehicle
Your responsibilities will be:
- Staff supervision & training
- Ensuring your team is cleaning & maintaining the guest rooms & public areas to the highest standards
- Managing the hiring of, rostering & performance of employees
- Planning & coordinating the activities of the housekeeping team
- Inspecting all assigned areas to ensure standards are met & maintained
- Stock monitoring, control & rotation
- Equipment monitoring & requisition
- Assist housekeeping teams during peak periods
- Linen monitoring & control
