The Role
NRMA Tow Truck Drivers play a critical role in the lives of people across Australia by helping to keep them safe and moving. You will work within a high-performing team dedicated to loading, transporting, and unloading vehicles across the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area.
You will use great customer service and communication skills to enhance the member experience. As an NRMA Tow Truck Driver, you will work on a rotating roster and make your way to our Wetherill Park depot to pick up and return the designated Tow Truck for each shift.
Desired Skills and Experience
- A valid NSW Tow Truck Driver’s Certificate at the time of applying is preferred but not essential – however, you will need to obtain this before commencing in the position if successful. If you do have a current Tow Truck Driver’s Certificate, please highlight this in your CV.
- A minimum current Medium Rigid (MR) driver’s license
- A minimum of 1-year truck driving experience
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work on rotating rosters – 7-day availability
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Sound geographical knowledge of the greater Sydney metropolitan area is preferred
