Key Accountabilities
About the role:
If you are chasing a rewarding career and job security, we have got you covered! Join the Sunshine West team as a Truck Driver in a full-time role working Monday – Friday.
- Perform efficient loading/unloading of gear in the workshop and off-site
- Timely delivery and returns of our equipment (including generators, pumps, electrical control boards, dewatering gear, PVC pipe works, lay flat hoses, etc)
- Perform manual handling of equipment to load and collect
- Processing paperwork daily for all assets/plant and equipment as well as SWMS (Safe work method statements)
- Perform safety checks as required
- Assisting other departments to achieve key business objectives as required
- Delivering exceptional customer service and championing the NPE brand
Skills/ Selection Criteria (qualifications & experience)
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Current HR Driver’s Licence
- Truck operating experience
- Patient, flexible, and adaptable to changing and challenging circumstances
- Ability to read and understand specific delivery instructions
Desirable:
- C2 Crane Licence
- Forklift
- HIAB Certified + HIAB operating experience
- Ability to work well with other team members and champion the NPE brand
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and good work ethics
