Your future area of responsibility:
- Processing of customer orders and customer inquiries
- Monitoring deliveries and providing information on the delivery status
- Call Center
- Processing of RMA’s and credit notes for returns
- Monitoring of projects and close cooperation with our sales team
- Creation and updating of customer master data
- Support of the service department with spare parts orders
- Direct reporting to Operations Manager

- 2 years of professional experience in customer service
- Proactive, independent way of working and problem-solving skills in a complex work environment
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Very good MS Office skills
- English knowledge in spoken and written
- Very good communication skills for advising different contacts
- Willingness to learn new skills
